Great product

It did a good job as advertised. I was getting a hum when I turned on my subwoofer. I plugged the sub directly to the isolation transformer. It decreased it by about 90%. Maybe if I plug my sub into my power conditioner and then plug the power conditioner into the transformer it might eliminate the hum completely. I have not tried it yet. Have not had time,but the hum is barely noticeable now. I have to get very close to the sub to detect it. Very happy even with the 90% hum reduction

AC/AC for the win

Used these to power my legacy Hallmark Star Trek ornaments and they work great. AC/AC is hard to find and the Powershack had these quality units and shipped them quick. Wish I’d had another option besides USPS for shipping but otherwise great product and experience.

Replacement Power Supply

This was a replacement for one of my Village Square Christmas houses. I've been looking for years actually and then stumbled upon AC-DC Power Shack. What a great find. Hans was quick to respond to my inquiry and extremely helpful. The replacement works perfectly. I couldn't be happier!

Our extender went down for our RFD door locks. The transformer was bad. To order another one from the lock company was going to cost $45- and 4-6-weeks delivery. AC/DC Power Shack was cheaper and quicker, and it works perfectly.

Seems to be working as it should now. There was a humming or buzzing coming from it when the front switch is off. Not sure if this is normal or not. If the just leave the front switch on it doesn't do the humming or buzzing. The rear main power switch has to remain on per my bench setup so it not easily accessible to keep crawling under the bench to reach up behind to flip the switch. So far it's been working great with my gear as expected.

Decent Quality, Good Service and Affordable.

Heard about the AC-DC Powershack on a YouTube video teaching electronics for vintage radios. They were highly recommended for both product and service. I needed an Isolation Transformer for working on vintage radios. For my projects I don’t expect to need work than a 3 amp isolation transformer and settled for this 5 amp rated model. It does what it’s supposed to do, it got shipped in a reasonable time, ithas been working just fine, and the price was fair. Not much more to say other than I feel a little safer user this isolation transformer.
